These two stars have previously danced in Roseta Mauri\u2019s Gala in 2013.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rosetamauri.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Lucia-Lacarra-Marlon-Dino-Lady-of-the-Camellias-103-roseta-mauri.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1115\" src=\"https:\/\/rosetamauri.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Lucia-Lacarra-Marlon-Dino-Lady-of-the-Camellias-103-roseta-mauri.jpg\" alt=\"Lucia-Lacarra-Marlon-Dino-Lady-of-the-Camellias-103 roseta mauri\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Basque dancer has danced abroad since she joined <strong>Roland Petit<\/strong>&#8216;s company, in France. Lacarra has been <strong>principal dancer of the San Francisco Ballet<\/strong> and since 2002 until last season also in <strong>Munich Opera Ballet<\/strong>. She did her first dance steps in Mentxu Medel dance school, Thaila, in San Sebastian and she completed her training at Victor\u2019s Ullate School. In this great Spanish master\u2019s company she started dancing professionally. Lacarra\u2019s repertoire comprises a wide range of classical, neoclassical and modern works; from Swan Lake, to Roland Petite\u2019s ballets and Nacho Duato or Russell Maliphant\u2019s choreographies. Amongst other acknowledgements, Lacarra has been awarded with a <strong><em>Benois de La Danse<\/em><\/strong> for her performance as Tatiana in John Cranko\u2019s <em>Onegin<\/em> in 2003 and <strong>Premio Nacional de la Danza Spain<\/strong> in 2005.
